Important
Registering on the 385 platform requires a valid national ID card or passport. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension.
Account Registration & Security
Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. During registration, you must provide your correct full name, date of birth, mobile number, and ID information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the 385 support team immediately. Sharing login details with third parties constitutes a breach of these terms.
- Account balances cannot be transferred to another person.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
- 385 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
By using the 385 platform, you agree to follow the code of conduct outlined below. Any violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or software-assisted unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using account funds for money laundering is strictly illegal and prohibited.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account is not permitted.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Once a bet is confirmed, requests to modify or cancel it are generally not accepted.
385 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void any bet where odds were incorrectly set due to factual errors, technical issues, or fraudulent activity.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 385 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. A same-payment-method policy for deposits and withdrawals may apply. 385 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

- 385 may request additional verification documents for any transaction deemed suspicious.
- Funds sent to an incorrect account number cannot be guaranteed for recovery.

385 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the 385 platform. All betting or gaming activity is undertaken at the user's own risk and discretion.
385 is not liable for any bets or transactions affected by technical failures, server downtime, or internet disruptions. However, 385 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
- Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.
- If fraud is confirmed, the account balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
- Users wishing to close their account must contact the support team. Upon verification, any valid remaining balance will be refunded.

Intellectual Property, Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

The platform may integrate with third-party payment services and game providers. 385 is not responsible for the quality or performance of those third-party services.
Changes to Terms
